In this program, students will have the option to be considered to participate in a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) exam and receive a certificate.
If Junior III Program students are interested in participating in competitions during the 2026-2027 season, please purchase a Competition Consultation and we will schedule a meeting.
Junior Program I, II, & III students can be considered for competitions for the 2026-2027 season. This hour long consultation will be scheduled upon completion of your payment. This meeting must be completed no later than mid-August in order to be considered for the 2026-2027 season. Competition Training & Performances is open to students of all ages by invitation only.

Discover a balanced and supportive approach to movement in our Open Level Matwork Pilates class for adults 18+. This class focuses on deep core engagement, spinal mobilization, and mindful breathwork to improve posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Through controlled, low-impact exercises, participants will strengthen and tone muscles while developing stability and alignment. Suitable for all experience levels, this class offers modifications and progressions to meet each individual’s needs in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
This package includes 5 consecutive classes meeting once weekly. A minimum of 3 students is required to host the full 5 class session. If less than 3 students register, there will only be 4 classes provided in the series. This class is for adults 18+.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early on your first class to sign a liability waiver. Mats are provided. Location details will be provided upon registration.
